Ibrahim’s mission in life is to help millions of people live the life of their dreams.
He recently released a new spoken words video titled Self Reflection. Here are the contents:
There is a quotes that states “Attract what you expect, reflect what you desire, become what you respect and mirror what you admire”.
Jim Rohn (RIP), had the following to say about self-reflection. Self-reflection is a humbling process that is essential to finding out why you think say and do certain things in a particular way. He ended one of his key speeches by asking the audience four unique question to help them in life
I decided to make a piece about these four questions, now I want you to ponder upon these four questions as we go through this process
QUESTION NUMBER ONE IS WHY?
Who work this hard? why learn this much?
Why do you have the goals and dreams that you have? Why are they so important to you?
Why do you want to achieve them? Why take on these much responsibilities?
Why do you want to earn as much as you can earn? why go that far?, why do that much?
Why do you want to live the life that you are so aspiring to live? why do you want to have it all?
Why try to become everything that you could possibly become?
Now those are some great questions why and you are the only person that can answer those questions for yourself. One of the biggest keys to success is to come up with a strong enough list of why to why you are doing what you are doing that, that’s so important. In Business we believe if the why is powerful, then the how is easy, but most of us we let our fears of not knowing how stop us from achieving or doing a great thing. So I want you to sit down after this clip and come up with a strong enough list of whys to why you are doing what you are doing that, that’s so important because when the journey gets tough and believe me it will get tough, that’s the only thing that can keep you going. So why?
NOW HERE IS THE SECOND QUESTION AND IS WHY NOT?
Why not see how far you can go? Why not see the kind of person you can become?
I guess that’s what makes life interesting right? the not knowing part but the ultimate question is can you influence the process?, why not?
Can you achieve the goals and dreams that you set for yourself? Why not?
Can you own your dream car and your dream home? Why not?
Can you live that dream life that you are so aspiring to want to live?
Can you sleep when you want to, wake up when you wish knowing that you are richer than you were before you went to bed? Why not?
At the top of my head, I can’t think of a reason why not. So WHY? And WHY NOT?
NOW HERE IS THE THIRD QUESTION AND THIS IS A PERSONAL QUESTION, MY PERSONAL QUESTION FOR YOU IS WHY NOT YOU
Now you’ve got legs, you’ve got arms, you’ve got brain, you can study the plan, you can make decision, you can change your life, you can make your dreams come true, you can change the life of your family and your loved ones, you can own your own company, you can start your own business,
SO WHY NOT YOU?
You can change the way people think with your invention, why not you?
Whenever you hear the news about the latest invention it’s always this person or that person or this person’s son or that person’s daughter, why not you?
If Nick Vujizic, a great mentor of mine with no arms and no legs can achieve the life of his dreams, aspire people to greatness and live life to the fullest, why not you?
If a college dropout can become the richest person on earth, why not you? And why not me?
Left to me I can’t think of a reason why not me and am sure if you sit down logically and think over it you wouldn’t find any reason why not you
So why? why not? And why not you?
NOW HERE IF THE LAST QUESTION AND IS WHY NOT NOW?
Why not now?, see there never will be a better time, most people are fond of waiting until the times and conditions are perfect before they do a great thing, missing out on the most important key note that the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago and the second best time to plant that tree is right now. Not tomorrow, not next week, not next month and not next year but right now as it is. See the good earth is rich and can provide for everybody but despite been rich, it’s been the same right from time.
Its opportunities mixed with difficulties, now sometimes, they are more opportunities than difficulties but sometimes they are more difficulties than opportunities. But both element are always present in every situation.
So I think it’s high time that you need to wake up, work hard and make your path easier
Cause see in life you could either be a shark in the ocean or just a normal fish, I mean why try to be a rock when you could be a diamond in the midst of rocks
So this is my message to you all, if you don’t self-reflect over the whys to your actions, goals and dreams, you wouldn’t get anywhere because it will be like a builder trying to lay up good bricks on a lousy foundation, in no time that building is doomed to fail, So plan, do take actions and don’t forget to always reflect.

Twenty percent of small businesses fail within their first year. Entrepreneurship is no walk in the park. In fact, the amount of new businesses that fail exceed the number that succeed. That’s why it’s more important than ever to create a unique product or service that helps you stand out from the rest. However, don’t be discouraged. If you believe in your business, passion will prevail. On average, 75 percent of small-business owners are confident in their company. And why shouldn’t they be? They’ve turned their passion into profit. Yet, keep in mind it’s important not to be overly confident. Instead, take things one step at a time. Typically, 20 percent of small businesses fail in their first year, 50 percent in their fifth year and 70 percent after a decade of being in business. A number of factors play into a business’s closing, such as location, the current market, cash flow and more. It is incorrect to conclude that pursuing Entrepreneurship is better or worse than pursuing a role of a senior corporate executive. Being an entrepreneur is not for everyone. However, not every successful entrepreneur has the skill set to thrive in a corporate environment. Life as an entrepreneur, especially during the early stages of a business, is very challenging. There is an element of uncertainty and risk that one will not face when he/she signs up for a stable job with a large corporate. Further, the perks at the office and the lifestyle are typically not as extravagant. There are various reasons why people choose to pursue the path of entrepreneurship. Solving a problem/Addressing a need - The root of entrepreneurship is often based in solving a particular problem. For many entrepreneurs, ideas are driven by real life problems that they have faced. A prime example for this can be Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia, founders of Airbnb. The need for a pocket-friendly accommodation other t…
Africa is a growing continent that has great potential and natural resources. Because there are many business opportunities in Africa, most entrepreneurs are now venturing in the continent. They take this opportunity not only to gain money but also to improve the lives of the people in that region. To be a successful entrepreneur in Africa, you have to look beyond the resources the continent offers, the Gold, Diamond, Copper, Oil, Timber and many other resources. The term “millionaire” is taking on a new meaning in Africa. It’s no longer just about the size of your bank account; any shady politician, corrupt bureaucrat, or unscrupulous businessman on the continent can easily claim to be a millionaire. But Africa’s new and emerging generation of millionaires are not just excited about money. They’re also passionate about impact; they want to create value that touches and improves people’s lives. It’s called impact entrepreneurship. It’s the new way of making money and doing good, at the sam…
